Customers who are on the Starter/Business Cloud plans, you can use the following settings to connect to our servers for your email services:
Account type:
POP3 account type = download emails and stores the data locally on the device
Imap account type = stores the email data on the server and the device will sync with the server to display the same email data.
Username: Full Email Address (ie. sales@example.com)
Incoming POP3 / IMAP server: mail.example.com
Outgoing SMTP server: mail.example.com
Incoming POP3 Port number: 995
Incoming IMAP Port number: 993
Outgoing POP3/IMAP Port number: 465
Outgoing mail server authentication: Required. (Can be found under more settings > Outgoing Server Tab on Outlook, SMTP Server > Advance for Mac mail)
Authentication: Password (For Mac Mail only)
Root path folder/IMAP path prefix: INBOX (For IMAP setting only)
SSL or Encrypted Connection: Enable/On
