Please note that the billing contact is only authorised to receive invoice and payment notifications. If login access to the customer panel is required for this contact for other billing matter e.g. payment of invoices, kindly refer to "How do I activate client area access for my billing contact?". To add a billing contact to an account: |
1. Login to your customer account via http://manage.hostsg.com/ |
2. Select "New Contact" from the main account summary page |
3. Fill up the form with the billing contact's information and select the checkbox "Invoice Emails" |
4. Click on "Save Changes" to complete the update. |
