How do I add a technical contact?

Please note that the technical contact is only authorised to manage the technical aspects of the account i.e. requesting for technical support.
Administrator's authorisation will be required for any other account matters.


To add a technical contact to an account:

1. Login to your customer account via http://manage.hostsg.com/

 2. Select "New Contact" from the main account summary page

3. Fill up the form with the technical contact's information and select the checkbox "Support Emails"

4. Click on "Save Changes" to complete the update.
